Oralchirurgie Frankfurt

Full ceramic restoration – aesthetic, stable and biocompatible

A damaged tooth needs a solution that provides reliable protection while also looking natural. With our full ceramic restoration – whether inlay/onlay, partial crown or ceramic crown – you receive a high-quality dental prosthesis that perfectly combines function and aesthetics. Ceramic is not only structurally resilient, but also particularly biocompatible and therefore ideally tolerated. Thanks to its tooth-like colour and translucency, ceramic blends harmoniously into your smile.

Thanks to the modern intraoral scanner, we can dispense with unpleasant impressions and digitally create a precise basis for your individual restoration. You benefit from customised, long-lasting and aesthetic dentistry – for healthy teeth and a naturally beautiful result.

Cosmetic dentistry – ceramic for a naturally beautiful smile

A radiant smile is more than just beautiful teeth – it is an expression of personality and joie de vivre. In our practice, we combine modern cosmetic dentistry with innovative technology to make your smile harmonious and natural.

We make use of veneers, especially for the front teeth. These wafer-thin ceramic veneers are an elegant solution for invisibly correcting minor imperfections such as discolouration, slight misalignments or minor tooth damage – for a harmonious, aesthetic overall appearance.

With Digital Smile Design (DSD), we plan your new smile precisely: we use AI to analyse symmetry and adapt the shape, colour and position of the teeth perfectly to your face. You can see in advance on the screen what your future smile could look like. This digital concept creates transparency, safety and enthusiasm – even before the actual treatment starts.

By the way, we work with a modern intraoral scanner, so there is no need for unpleasant impressions.

Implantology – a firm bite and a natural smile

In our practice, we do everything we can to preserve your natural teeth. If this is not possible, implants are a high-quality option for replacing one or more teeth – with maximum functionality and a natural appearance.

A dental implant consists of a small titanium screw that is firmly anchored into the jawbone and serves as an artificial tooth root. A custom-made crown is attached to it, which is modelled on the natural tooth in terms of shape and colour.

The modern procedure of implantology is a speciality in our practice. Implants offer numerous advantages: they are secure, protect healthy neighbouring teeth and ensure natural chewing and speaking. They also help to

preserve the jawbone in the long term.

The treatment is carried out in several stages – from detailed planning with modern 3D diagnostic methods to precise surgical implementation. Thanks to 3D-navigated implant placement, we can insert the implant in a particularly safe, tissue-preserving and minimally invasive way using the latest computer technology. The ideal position is planned virtually on the basis of a digital 3D X-ray image and implemented with millimetre precision using a custom-made drilling template.

High-quality materials and optimum aftercare ensure your implants will last for a long time. Whether it is a single tooth, a larger gap or complete dentures – we will advise you individually and work with you to find the optimum solution for a healthy, aesthetic smile.

Bruxism & splint therapy – effective help against teeth grinding

Many people grind or clench their teeth unconsciously, often at night. Known as bruxism, this can lead to noticeable discomfort. Typical consequences include tension in the jaw and neck area, headaches, tooth wear or damage to the temporomandibular joint (jaw joint).

These complaints can be treated effectively with customised splint therapy. In our practice laboratory, we manufacture a transparent bite splint precisely according to your dental model. This can be worn comfortably at night and ensures that pressure is distributed evenly. This effectively relieves strain on the muscles, protects the jaw joints and protects your teeth from wear and tear.

We will be happy to advise you personally on the causes and treatment options for bruxism. Our aim is to maintain your dental health while also improving your well-being in the long term.

Root canal treatment – we want to preserve your natural teeth

Root canal treatment is often the last chance to save a diseased or severely damaged tooth and avoid tooth loss and dentures. The cause is usually deep caries, cracks or inflammation inside the tooth, which can cause severe pain. The health insurance company covers the costs of root canal treatment for teeth classified as worthy of preservation.

At the beginning of the treatment, we open the tooth in one place – similar to a filling – so that the small root canals can be freed from diseased material. We gently and thoroughly remove the inflamed tissue in the root canal, disinfect the area and then apply a bacteria-proof filling. This prevents re-infection and preserves the natural tooth structure.

Thanks to modern technology, local anaesthesia and the finest instruments, treatment in our dental practice is virtually painless and very precise. Our aim is to preserve your teeth in the long term and reliably eliminate discomfort.

Dental prostheses – customised solutions for your dental health

Missing teeth impair not only chewing and speaking but also personal well-being. In our practice, we offer you various modern options for replacing missing teeth and improving your quality of life. Whether fixed or removable – together we will find the solution that best suits your needs.

Fixed dental prostheses

Crowns and bridges or implant-supported solutions provide a firm hold, feel like your own teeth and ensure a natural chewing sensation.

Locator prosthesis

A removable prosthesis that is securely attached to implants via small anchors (locators) – stable and comfortable in everyday life.

Telescopic prosthesis

Thanks to a special double-crown system, the prosthesis fits securely but can still be removed and enables very good oral hygiene.

Bar prosthesis

Several implants are connected with a bar to which the prosthesis is anchored – this is particularly stable and durable.

All-on-4 concept

A complete row of teeth can be permanently fixed with just four implants. This fixed restoration can bear a load immediately and offers a high level of comfort.

We will be happy to advise you personally on which dental prostheses are best suited to you.

Periodontology – healthy gums are the basis for stable teeth

One of the most common diseases in the oral cavity is periodontitis – colloquially also known as gum disease. If left untreated, this chronic inflammation of the periodontium can not only lead to receding gums, loosening of the teeth and tooth loss, but also poses a risk to the entire body. Studies show links with cardiovascular disease, diabetes and other general illnesses.

The tricky thing is that periodontitis often creeps up unnoticed over a long period of time. The first signs are bleeding gums, bad breath or sensitive gums.

At our dental practice, we attach great importance to early diagnosis and gentle, effective periodontitis treatment. We thoroughly clean the gum pockets of bacterial plaque and smooth the surfaces of the teeth. In this way, we create a healthy environment in which the gums can regenerate. We also advise you individually on optimal oral hygiene to ensure the long-term success of your treatment.

Modern procedures and the finest instruments enable gentle and effective periodontological treatment. Our aim is to maintain your teeth, alleviate discomfort and preserve your smile in the long term.
